At Pure Reflection MedSpa, we are committed to providing quality products to our clients. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following return policy:

Exchanges and Spa Credit: Unopened products may be exchanged or have spa credit applied if returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. Refunds are not available on any of your Spa, Medspa, or Medical packages.

Refunds: Cash refunds are not available.

Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Consultation Recommended: We encourage consultations and treatments before purchasing any products to ensure optimal benefits tailored to your individual needs. Please make sure you have give your package adequate time to see results.
