Dr. Vickie Lovin
Owner and Medical Director
Dr. Lovin is a board-certified OB-GYN and has been in private practice since 1985. She graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and studied at Wake Forest School of Medicine at Bowman Gray.
She retired from her OBGYN practice in 2021 to devote her energy to the medspa’s offerings and personalized customer care.
Jenny Houk
RN
Jenny has been a RN for 21 years. Most recently Jenny worked at A Woman’s View, a women’s health center started by Dr. Lovin in 1996, as the gynecology triage nurse. She also worked in the NICU at Frye and Catawba for 15 years.
Jenny enjoys spending time in her kitchen baking. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping and crafting. She is a people person and more than anything she enjoys getting to know patients/clients and seeing them get results from their treatments!
Ginger
Licensed Cosmetologist
Favorite Service: HydraFacial because it leaves the skin glowing and looking healthy.
Ginger has 41 years’ experience in skincare and makeup. She has additional training in dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, acid peels, microneedling, lash lifts, lash and brow tints and all forms of waxing.
Ginger is passionate about what she does because of the difference we can make in someone’s skin, overall appearance, and attitude.
Hina
Licensed Esthetician
Hina is a Charlotte native, who relocated to Lincolnton 11 years ago. She’s an esthetician who’s passionate about all things skin. She loves helping clients with skin transformations so that they can learn to love their skin again. She’s obsessed with helping treat stubborn acne or teaching more effective ways to treat aging skin.
When she’s not at work she’s at home with her dogs and snuggling in bed watching Gilmore Girls and don’t forget a steaming mug of hot coffee.
Layvelle W.
Licensed Esthetician
Layvelle is a licensed esthetician with over six years of experience, trained at some of the most prestigious luxury spas and waxing salons across New York City and Charlotte. Having treated thousands of clients in high-volume settings, she has a proven track record of transforming skin and successfully treating a wide range of concerns through consistent, results-driven skincare.
She specializes in bridal skin preparation, anti-aging treatments, acne care, and skin barrier repair for sensitive skin, and is deeply passionate about both facials and waxing!
Outside of the treatment room, Layvelle enjoys spending time with loved ones, singing, cooking, and exploring new restaurants around Charlotte.
Lori Nicely
Spa and Office Manager
As our new spa and office manager, Lori is excited to help Pure Reflection MedSpa continue its sterling reputation of providing the medical grade treatments and relaxing experiences.
This avid coffee connoisseur brings a robust blend of healthcare management experience. She is originally from Florida and moved to Hickory from Knoxville, TN, where she had 16 years of experience in management and the pharmaceutical industry.
A mother of 4, Lori enjoys spending her free time on the lake and cooking gluten-free food.
